~ooo ~ooo ~ooo ~ooo, hi again im here today cause i wanna do a presentation on customer
service standards. right now, having a good customer service standards helps to attract
more customers, multi-national companies and guests-of-honours to our country for events,
exhibitions, or even tourism.
okay okay stop stop, sorry guys im kinda stress up for next week's presentation la, haha oh
no man, i will get really nervous whenever im in front of a crowd. lol but last thur i had done
a presentation in class which i managed to put a good show and made the class laugh with
some jokes i made. lucky me, phew. alright!~ and i really wanna thank yao jun, a classmate
from my class, who reminded me that there would be a thermofluid test next wed, and my stupid advisor did not even bother to tell us that there was a test. haix with this kind of
lecturer and being a advisor to our class, its really disappointing. i mean you should do
your job as a lecturer, in this way you can earn our respect man.
tomorrow i would be having family gathering at my grandma's house located around siglap.
steamboat!~ would be the theme for tml's gathering, haha, same as usual i would charge my hp properly and i will bring my laptop to play cs lo. if not i would be bored to death. haha
