Job Hunting

Ze Ting, Noobthenick, Gamer

The team that motivated me to pass my NAPFA!

I just realized, I don't blog often on the second month of every year. No time at all! But I am so glad February has finally ended, because I don't need to study for the next two years! Welcome back freedom, because I will be spending it with you.

No wait wait, I still got to serve National Service? Lobster.

Just two days of rest on the weekends and I began my first job hunting yesterday around Singapore. All thanks to "RecruitExpress.com", they were of great help and they landed me an interview with Starhub. What attracted me was the salary and the ladies working over there, but I rejected straight away upon hearing something else.

"Long committed working hours, you have to work on the weekends too. It's a 5 days work per week, but you gotta be present on Saturday and Sunday, that's where most customers would fire their complaints at you."

Definitely not! I've got tuition program to prepare students on their upcoming "O" Level exams and church service on Sunday. Moreover, if I were to accept the job, I cannot find my source of motivation should I be demoralized by the customers or the management itself. Oh well, just gotta pray for another one. I believe there's gonna be one lucrative job lurking somewhere.

Island Creamery? Another suggestion made, quite cool huh. All you have to do is sit there and wait for customers to come, give them free samples, smile at them and serve them cool ice cream! I love these kind of jobs, yes, ice cream does brighten up my day! Especially cookies and cream, totally in love with that.

I need quick cash now to get me through this period, and then I am off to Thailand with the brothers again! I need to work and save that pile of money!

Anyone?! Help !
